Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong UI/UX design and user-centered design skills.
• Experience designing AI-powered applications, workflows, or digital products.
• Proficiency with wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design specs.
• A solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Experience with design systems and reusable UI components.
• Familiarity with user research and usability testing.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar UI/UX tools.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences, workflows, and interfaces for AI-powered solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and detailed design specifications.
• Develop responsive UI designs and collaborate on reusable design components.
• Partner with product, engineering, GenAI, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility, branding, usability, and UX standards.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI/UX guidelines.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and a consistent user experience.
