Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Technical Program Manager to operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and business. You will drive complex, cross-functional programs with high agency and executive visibility, applying real AI fluency to accelerate delivery.

You will lead initiatives spanning CI/CD, infrastructure scaling, incident response, and platform-program alignment, shaping how Ramp scales its engineering org.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of TPM experience in a high-growth setting.
• Deep AI fluency and hands-on use of AI tools in work.
• Ability to lead cross-functional programs with urgency and agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale technical programs across engineering and adjacent teams.
• Own the incident response program and drive post-incident learnings.
• Align platform and product engineering with clear context and execution.
• Manage end-to-end programs from scoping to delivery and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with leaders to map roadmaps and overlapping projects.
