Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional engineering experience in networking products.
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog prioritization (WSJF).
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience documenting product requirements and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering groups to design, document, develop, and maintain embedded software.
• Define, develop, and manage customer-facing product evaluation programs and roadmaps.
• Provide on-site customer consultations as needed.
• Use Agentic AI to create and maintain product documentation and regionalize content.
• Prioritize backlog using Agile/Scrum and WSJF techniques.
• Coordinate with Project Management to approve change requests.
• Analyze competitor products and document strengths and gaps in core functionality.
• Document and troubleshoot using Gitlab, Cursor, and Smartsheet.
• Lead discussions, summarize points, and drive action items.
