Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across North America, applying AI to sourcing, market mapping and hiring decisions. You will partner with technical leaders to define talent profiles for software engineering, cloud, data and IT, use recruiting analytics to improve outcomes, and build high-quality pipelines.

Base compensation ranges from $65,300 to $114,700, with possible bonuses; benefits include medical/dental/vision,

Qualifications

3+ years of technical recruiting experience, including active sourcing of passive candidates.
Experience recruiting for SaaS/cloud software environments.
Proven ability to hire across software engineering, cloud, data, product, or related technical disciplines.
Proficiency with AI tools applied to recruiting, sourcing, or talent analytics.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruiting strategies for technical roles across North America.
Build high-quality pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach.
Source passive candidates using Boolean search, Findem.ai, LinkedIn, and other databases.
Apply AI tools to improve recruiting research, sourcing, and productivity.
Partner with technical leaders to define talent profiles and market conditions.
Use analytics to identify gaps and improve hiring outcomes.
Deliver a compelling candidate experience to attract top technical talent.
