Job summary

Gap Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Technology Portfolio Governance to lead planning, governance, and demand-capacity across the Global Technology Organization.

You will collaborate with TPMs, Product/Delivery Managers, Engineering, Finance, and vendor teams to ensure accurate demand and reporting. Responsibilities include consolidating planning baselines, owning intake and capacity planning, mapping resources, and maintaining data hygiene in Clarity and Jira while preparing leadership-ready

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in technology portfolio governance, demand/capacity management, or vendor operations.
• Strong Agile and Quarterly Planning process experience for structured, funded capacity plans.
• Hands-on proficiency in Jira, Jira Product Discovery (JPD), and Clarity for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate portfolio demand, capacity, and baselines for annual/quarterly planning.
• Own the end-to-end intake process with clear scope, funding, and guardrails.
