Job summary

Arcade is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Marketing Intern to help grow our brand across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and more. You will craft engaging short-form videos and posts, support product launches, and help turn new features into compelling stories with the Design and Product teams.

You'll learn in a fast-paced startup, exploring AI-powered tools, and building a community around a consumer-facing AI platform. A relevant portfolio is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, design, or related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-project management abilities.
• Strong interest in social media, consumer brands, and design.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute social content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and more.
• Produce short-form videos and posts to showcase Arcade's products and AI features.
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities for participation.
• Support product launches, campaigns, and seasonal collections.
• Develop and maintain a social media/content calendar.
• Collaborate with Design and Product teams to tell compelling stories.
• Research creators and influencers to expand Arcade's reach.
• Assist with creator outreach and partnerships.
• Organize content assets and streamline creative workflows.
• Track engagement and identify what resonates with audiences.
• Experiment with AI-powered creative tools for new formats.
• Contribute fresh ideas to grow community and brand relevance.
