Job summary

HexCoded is a small AI video studio building tools that reshape how video, image and audio get made. We’re seeking a hands-on creator who runs their own social accounts, writes crisp copy, and crafts short-form content that performs well.

You’ll lead content production, brief freelance editors, grow our Discord, and write onboarding and promotional emails. You’ll test ads, monitor metrics, and explain why winners win using AI to save time.

Qualifications

• Have run a social media account with real numbers and links.
• Be able to explain why one thumbnail wins over another.
• Experience building with AI to save real time; show examples.
• Strong, concise writing in short-form formats.
• Maintain a strong online presence and knowledge of current platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create content: reels, shorts, posts, hooks, thumbnails, captions.
• Run our editors: brief, reference, deadlines, revisions.
• Fill the Discord: invite, welcome, engage, gather feedback.
• Write onboarding and promotional emails: hello, nudge, re-engagement.
• Write ads and analyze performance: stand by for winner insights.
• Track post metrics to learn what works and improve future posts.
