You should have 2–3 years of social media experience, a portfolio of shipped content, and comfort using Claude or similar AI tools weekly. Native English and French fluency are required for this role.

• Portfolio of shipped reels/shorts with growth numbers required.
• Proficient with Claude (or equivalent AI tools) weekly to edit, caption, or automate.

Responsibilities

• Be the hands-on builder behind Paradox's social presence across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts.
• Cut shorts/reels from long-form footage, write hooks and captions, and post directly.
• Own content calendar, posting, community replies, and performance tracking across platforms.
