Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Program Management Lead for SAP transformations in the United States. You will orchestrate multi-workstream delivery, align scope, schedule, budget, and quality across global teams, and drive predictable outcomes.

You will champion AI-first delivery, leverage GenAI and automation to improve decisions, and coach delivery teams while engaging executives. Travel up to 100% as needed. This role requires 8+ years SAP consulting and a track record in large ERP programs.

Qualifications

8+ years of SAP/ERP transformation experience.
3 full SAP implementations, including S/4HANA.
2+ years in delivery or account management with P&L, budget accountability.
Experience leading large, distributed teams across geographies.
Proven ability to govern complex programs and manage risks.

Responsibilities

Establish fit-for-purpose program governance, operating models, delivery frameworks, and tools for large SAP transformations tailored to the client environment.
Serve as the Program Management Lead, providing day-to-day leadership across all program workstreams.
Own and maintain the integrated program plan, managing critical path activities and resources.
Lead phase gate and readiness management with evidence-based decisions and accountable owners.
Drive alignment across functional, technical, deployment, testing, data, and change teams; coach delivery teams.
