Job summary

NeuraFlash, LLC is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to lead large and mid‑market client engagements. You will analyze requirements, design cloud‑based Salesforce solutions, and drive delivery with a mix of leadership and hands‑on work.

The role requires experience with Salesforce projects, agile practices, and a strong consultative mindset to build lasting client relationships under tight deadlines, in a hybrid consulting setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years project management experience with packaged software or custom development on the Salesforce Platform.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget and ensure on-time delivery for client projects.
• Drive high‑quality AI and digital service solution implementations.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for the client and manage project operations and relationships.
• Lead regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Lead sessions on Outcomes and Business Objectives, defining success metrics and tracking progress.
• Facilitate requirements ownership with the SA and ensure clear, traceable business requirements.
• Own user story creation and grooming with the Solution Architect and present content confidently.
• Support client presentations during requirements, design, pilot, and UAT.
• Coordinate training logistics and ensure readiness across client stakeholders.
• Plan and manage CRM and AI software project workstreams.
• Collaborate with Architects to align design with business requirements.
• Act as Agile Scrum Master guiding the SDLC for delivery.
• Bring energy and enthusiasm to NeuraFlash, part of Accenture every day.
