Job summary

Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, seeking a Sales Enablement & Training Manager to design scalable, AI-powered learning experiences. You will own onboarding, certifications, and ongoing education across Socure's teams, partnering with Product Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to create measurable, engaging programs.

The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise with strong program management skills and a passion for leveraging AI

Qualifications

• 6+ years in fraud prevention, identity verification, or digital customer acquisition.
• 3+ years in sales enablement, learning development, or sales strategy.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales processes and buyer journey.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Data-driven with measurable success, and project management capability.
• Experience using generative AI to accelerate content creation and scalable learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, AI-enhanced learning paths and certifications.
• Own onboarding, certifications, and ongoing enablement across teams.
• Create engaging digital assets: videos, assessments, scorecards.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership.
• Measure effectiveness and report insights to leadership.
• Lead with passion in a fast-paced, remote environment.
