AMP is seeking a Production Operator in Portsmouth, Virginia to operate and inspect manufacturing equipment on site. This role requires standing for long shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adherence to safety and quality protocols.

The schedule is Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with an hourly pay range of $18.00 to $24.00 and benefits described below. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of experience operating similar equipment.

Qualificações

• Equivalent of high school diploma or GED certification.
• Two years of experience operating similar or manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Understand and follow company safety procedures.
• Initiative to work independently with teamwork when needed.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
• Overtime and call-in work may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform pre and post-operative equipment inspections identifying repairs needed.
• Safely operate all equipment.
• Complete service and/or inspections of equipment.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and minimal down time.
• Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and stored at the end of each shift and as assigned.
• Follow all quality control protocols and report any quality control deviations.
• Adhere to all company, regulatory, and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
