Job summary

Multiview Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure software quality across the SDLC. You will combine manual, automated, and AI-assisted testing to validate requirements and deliver reliable software before release.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product, Development, and Customer Support, along with planning, execution, and continuous quality improvement within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience working with cloud-based environments such as AWS.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude.
• Experience with API, performance testing preferred.
• Experience with enterprise software, ERP, financial systems, or SaaS applications preferred.
• Heightened attention to detail & strong analytical technical problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines for multiple, concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements to ensure completeness and testability.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, scenarios, and cases.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Validate releases against requirements and quality standards.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate test case creation and identify gaps.
• Create and refine prompts/workflows for AI-assisted testing.
• Execute and maintain automated test scripts and regression suites.
• Support CI/CD integration of automated testing.
• Collaborate with developers to improve testability and coverage.
• Document defects clearly and track progress and release risks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and QA process improvements.
