Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to bridge manual precision with automated efficiency in a SaaS environment. You will own software quality, explore AI-driven testing and LLM-based approaches, and collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success to ensure reliable deployments.

Responsibilities include designing and executing manual and automated test plans, validating APIs, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software quality assurance (manual and automated)
• Experience with Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java
• Ability to validate APIs using Postman, RestAssured, or similar
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
• Interest in AI/ML-driven testing and LLM-based testing approaches
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams
• Self-starter with ownership of outcomes

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for SaaS platform quality and reliability
• Identify, document, and track defects with development teams for rapid resolution
• Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and data for functional and non-functional testing
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on requirements
• Research and implement AI-driven automation frameworks and LLM-based techniques
• Conduct regression and performance testing to ensure scalability
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for deployments
• Deliver clear test reports and status updates to stakeholders
• Drive QA process improvements with minimal oversight
