Covenant House International is seeking a part-time Coordinator to support donor engagement through research, prospecting, and stewardship across revenue streams. You will leverage AI-enabled tools and data insights to identify prospects and inform relationship management decisions.

Reporting to the Manager, Supporter Engagement, the role requires 25 hours per week, proficiency with research platforms, strong writing, and the ability to collaborate across teams while maintaining data integrity

Qualificações

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in development and prospect research.
• Knowledge of prospect research principles and best practices.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and insight generation.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify new major and transformational giving prospects across all revenue streams using traditional research methods and AI-powered prospecting tools and data enrichment platforms.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain research profiles and reports used across all stages of the relationship management cycle.
• Support, attend and facilitate prospect review and donor cultivation strategy meetings.
• Utilize research systems to conduct prospect research and identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
• Manage research updates and deliverables in project management systems and CRM, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather feedback and improve research processes and outcomes.
