Qualifications

• 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience, or tax/software delivery with relevant work
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, CS, IS, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on use of AI tools in daily work with measurable automation impact
• Ability to break complex workflows into automated or validated steps and write requirements
• Experience taking new products/features from idea to adoption with evolving requirements
• Working knowledge of AI limitations and when human review is required
• Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog tools (Azure DevOps/Jira/Linear)
• Comfort with data: Excel, SQL, and product analytics tools
• Excellent written and oral communication to technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to prioritize, manage time, and deliver commitments

Responsabilités

• Own outcomes for your product area with a Now/Next/Later roadmap tied to goals
• Shape new concepts and rethink existing areas to deliver client value
• Map client data preparation/validation steps and design AI-assisted automation
• Apply AI responsibly with guardrails, accuracy, auditability, and human review
• Draft and refine features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and PI planning in an agile framework
• Prioritize using analytics, client feedback, and adoption KPIs within 90 days
• Own the end-to-end client experience and ensure consistent UX across products
• Coordinate go-to-market activities and gather market feedback for backlog shaping
• Communicate roadmaps, progress, and risks clearly to clients, sales, and executives
