Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Associate in Product Management for the Self-Directed Account Opening initiative. You will partner with product owners, designers, and technology teams across JPM WM to deliver an intuitive, data-driven opening experience for clients and advisors.

You will champion AI-powered workflows, build scalable knowledge repositories, prototype concepts, and contribute to multi-year roadmaps while conducting deep data analyses to inform decisions in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product management with strong analytical background.
• Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate workflows.
• Curious about product craft; active engagement with product communities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and collaboration with designers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Support Self-Directed Invest Account Opening backlog with grooming, story writing, and acceptance criteria.
• Champion AI tools to accelerate product workflows and prototype concepts.
• Build AI-powered knowledge repositories and maintain single source of truth.
• Conduct stakeholder sessions to capture needs and business impact.
• Support Agile ceremonies, backlog health, and release coordination.
• Collaborate with Tech Architects on architecture impacts.
• Contribute to prioritization using data and AI-driven insights.
• Translate strategy into actionable deliverables for multi-year roadmap.
• Analyze data and contribute to experimentation and measurement.
