Job summary

Oath is seeking an experienced audit professional to blend hands-on audit work with AI platform improvements. You will execute audit procedures while collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure the AI reflects how great audit work is actually done.

This is a player-manager role in a startup; you will review AI-generated outputs, identify gaps, and translate them into better workflows and product decisions. Remote-friendly with broad ownership and equity potential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of audit experience with strong methodology.
• Hands-on audit work plus ability to improve AI-driven processes.
• Proficiency with GAAS, PCAOB, IAASB standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform and manage audit procedures from planning to documentation.
• Review AI-generated audit procedures and validate workpapers.
• Develop quality review frameworks and checklists for AI-assisted audits.
• Collaborate with engineering/product teams to improve AI accuracy.
• Maintain client relationships and deadlines; coordinate across teams.
• Stay up to date with professional standards and ensure outputs comply.
