Job summary

Yotpo is seeking an experienced Product Designer to join the Discover team. You will lead end-to-end design for B2B2C ecommerce experiences, embracing AI-native workflows and shaping user experiences that support product strategy.

Collaborate with a PM and Tech Lead, prototype with AI tools, and turn complex data into actionable views for marketers and leadership. This hybrid US-based role focuses on delivering scalable, data-informed, customer-centric designs that drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products in fast-paced B2B2C or B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience in eCommerce is highly preferred.
• Proven track record partnering with Product Managers and Engineering leads.
• Proactive, curious, and able to navigate ambiguity with ownership.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for AI-driven experiences.
• Proficient in Figma, Git workflows, and AI-assisted design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for complex B2B2C experiences in the Discover domain, from problem definition through execution.
• Work with a PM and Tech Lead to shape product strategy, priorities, and solutions.
• Design AI behaviors and leverage AI-native processes to build scalable user experiences.
• Prototype rapidly in code with AI tools to test ideas in days.
• Apply user empathy and data-informed insights to solve complex problems.
• Turn complex data into views marketers can act on and share with leadership.
• Make clear, reversible decisions fast and drive them through to execution.
