Job summary

Euroclear seeks a senior data/AI professional to elevate Compliance & Ethics through citizen development, AI agents, and Copilot Studio. You will drive end-to-end digital transformation using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and the Cloud Data Platform, delivering practical AI-enabled solutions across Compliance & Ethics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent with AI/data relevance.
• 5+ years in data, analytics, automation, AI, or related fields.
• Ability to translate user needs into practical solutions.
• Hands-on with Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead citizen development initiatives using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with Compliance teams and IT for end-to-end Digital Transformation.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and adopt AI agents and Copilot Studio solutions.
• Engage data suppliers and analysts to deliver data products on the Cloud Data Platform.
• Promote governance, risk management, and internal controls in projects.
