Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to experiment.
- Clear communication and collaboration across teams.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under competing demands.
- Ownership mindset and curiosity, focusing on outcomes.
- At least 2 years in an operational, compliance, or related role.
Responsibilities
- Review account activity and decide on approvals or escalations using AI insights.
- Identify suspicious activity and learn regulatory requirements as they arise.
- Suggest process improvements and document learnings for the team.
- Balance compliance with user experience and work with product/support/business teams.
