Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience in a quantitative field.
• 10+ years in analytics, data science, or decision intelligence.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Finance data vision and strategy through advanced analytics, AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Translate complex business challenges into high-value analytical and decision-support solutions.
• Establish partnerships with Finance, Starbucks Technology, and enterprise teams to drive scalable capabilities.
• Mentor and coach Finance data scientists and promote best practices in analytics and decision intelligence.
