Job summary

First Fun is seeking an AI-Native Game Developer to integrate cutting-edge AI into mobile game development. You will leverage Generative AI, reinforcement learning, and computer vision to innovate game design, asset creation, and automation across production, publishing, and QA.

You will collaborate with designers, artists, and production teams to push AI-native innovations in gameplay, testing, and tooling. A strong Unity background and proficiency in C#, Python, and Lua are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, AI, game dev, or related field.
• Strong motivation to apply AI in game development and learn continuously.
• Hands-on AI-generated content experience is a plus.
• Solid Unity experience with C#, Python, and Lua.

Responsibilities

• Apply state-of-the-art AI to redefine mobile game development and QA infrastructure.
• Research and apply Generative AI models for content generation.
• Use ML to optimize level design and AI strategies.
