YallaPlay, a rapidly growing mobile gaming studio, seeks an AI-first Unity Developer to build high-quality mobile games for iOS and Android. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in mobile game development with Unity.
• 2+ shipped mobile game titles.
• Strong C# programming and Unity architecture knowledge.
• Experience with REST APIs / WebSockets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement mobile games in Unity for iOS and Android.
• Use AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, refactoring, documentation, testing, and prototyping.
• Collaborate with designers, producers, artists, backend engineers, and QA to deliver polished player experiences.
• Write clean, scalable C# code and validate AI-generated code before production use.
• Rapidly prototype gameplay mechanics and iterate based on team feedback.
• Optimize performance across a wide range of mobile devices using Unity profiling tools.
• Debug complex gameplay, networking, memory, and platform-specific issues.
• Implement gameplay systems, UI, animations, VFX, audio, and live operations features.
• Contribute to CI/CD, build automation, and deployment pipelines.
• Review code, improve engineering standards, and contribute to reusable systems and internal tools.
• Continuously evaluate new AI tools and workflows that improve team productivity.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily standups.
