Job summary

Adobe invites a forward-deployed AI Engineer to join the Growth Marketing & Insights (GMI) group, embedding with marketing analytics and data science teams. You will prototype AI-powered tools, automate processes, and shape workflows from first principles with agentic AI at the center.

You will collaborate across the AISI team to establish scalable playbooks, share learnings, and improve how marketers work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience and 2+ years building and deploying AI applications.
• Direct experience with marketing analytics, product analytics, or consumer insights teams and how to operationalize insights.

Responsibilities

• Prototype AI-powered tools and automations for marketing analytics workflows.
• Collaborate with data science and marketing teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Build scalable playbooks and patterns that can scale across the GMI organization.
• Coach and enable colleagues across varying levels of AI fluency to adopt new tools.
