Randstad USA is seeking a data-driven Marketing Performance Analyst to measure, evaluate, and optimize the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives. You will leverage analytics, omni-channel measurement, and AI to transform data into insights that drive brand awareness and commercial growth.

Collaborate with regional stakeholders to track end-to-end campaign performance across digital channels and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing analytics.
• Experience with multi-channel measurement and analytics tools.
• Proven ability to develop dashboards and reports.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing performance reports and analysis to understand marketing activities' contribution to brand and growth.
• Support continuous improvement of technology and data platforms to track marketing KPIs.
• Provide support for marketing campaign evaluations – creative effectiveness and other KPIs.
• Lead tasks and projects to analyze effectiveness of marketing activities to inform improvements of content, media and audience development.
• Collaborate with country stakeholders to support holistic performance insights gathering and analysis.
