Job summary

Bamm is seeking an AI/Legal Workflow Engineer to design and improve AI-powered workflows for legal practice groups. You will focus on prompt engineering, workflow development, and QA to ensure AI tools meet firm needs, collaborating with IT, Practice Technology, Innovation, and Security teams.

You will translate legal tasks into AI-ready workflows, build prompts and templates, and monitor KPIs to guide optimization and adoption in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in legal technology, knowledge management, or innovation roles is expected.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled workflows and prompt engineering.
• Ability to translate complex legal tasks into AI-ready workflows.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, and iterates AI-powered workflows for legal practice groups.
• Develops prompts, templates, evaluation methods, and QA standards for AI tools.
• Executes on strategy for AI-enabled workflows and contributes to roadmaps.
• Translates practice requirements into AI workflow specifications and knowledge repositories.
• Monitors KPIs, quality metrics, and attorney satisfaction for AI workflows.
• Supports pilot programs and pilots’ evaluation and deployment of new AI workflows.
