Job summary

Clera is building AI-powered coding agents and the infrastructure that runs integrations for supply chain connectivity in an early-stage environment in San Francisco. This role focuses on architecture, scalability, and rapid iteration.

You will design and build agent platforms, develop hosting infrastructure, and own end-to-end systems—from the agent layer to the integrations runtime—as the team grows and the product evolves in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-stack or backend experience.
• Strong TypeScript and modern full-stack skills.
• Experience with React, Bun, Effect-TS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, or AWS.
• Hands-on with AI agents or LLMs.
• Shipping complex software end-to-end, ideally in startups.
• Autonomy and ability to build from scratch.
• CS or Engineering degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI coding agents for supply chain connectivity.
• Develop and maintain core infrastructure for hosting and running integrations.
• Own systems end to end from agent platform to integrations runtime.
• Make foundational architectural decisions and establish engineering practices.
• Work across agentic product development and complex infrastructure.
