Strella is building the next generation of market research powered by AI. We’re hiring an Insights Strategist to work with insights and marketing leaders at top brands, turning AI-powered research into strategic recommendations that influence business decisions.

You’ll join the early research services team, defining how AI and human expertise come together to transform the market research industry and deliver high-impact insights for clients.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in market research or insights.
• Strong foundation in qualitative research; understands quantitative approaches.
• Strategic thinker who translates insights into business recommendations.
• Compelling storyteller; builds presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Client-facing experience; manages projects and relationships.
• Analytical and detail-oriented; identifies patterns across large data.

Responsibilities

• Own research engagements end-to-end: design research approaches, analyze findings, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Turn research into strategic insights; synthesize data into executive-ready narratives.
• Serve as a trusted strategic partner with insights, marketing, and product teams.
• Leverage Strella’s AI-powered platform to deliver high-quality insights efficiently.
• Build lasting customer relationships and expand engagements.
