Salesforce is seeking a Health & Life Sciences Program Executive (PE) in an executive‑facing IC role within the Delivery Account Management function. The PE will own end‑to‑end program P&L, lead the project team, govern budgets, steer executive client relationships, and surface risk before escalation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience applying AI productivity tools, automation, or agentic workflows within a professional services or program delivery context.
• 12+ years of professional services or consulting delivery experience with program execution accountability
• Proven track record leading large, complex programs ($10M+) with measurable outcomes
• 5+ years leading large cross‑functional delivery teams across geographies and workstreams
• Direct experience managing program financials at engagement level including forecasting to budget
• End‑to‑end knowledge of system development, implementation, and operational readiness
• Proven ability to lead steering committees and executive‑level relationships
• Experience conducting structured sales‑to‑delivery handoffs with clear context and risk
• Demonstrated ability to identify and elevate delivery risk early
• Ability to collaborate across global time zones
• Outstanding executive presence and communication skills
• Must be able to operate as a fully billable IC

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-facing delivery and steering committee for flagship transformation programs
• Own end-to-end program P&L, budget governance, and risk management
• Surface risks early with recommended remediation actions
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across geographies and workstreams
• Develop and maintain multi‑threaded executive relationships within accounts
• Drive adoption of AI and agentic capabilities to achieve customer outcomes
• Translate IT strategy and governance into measurable business value
• Ensure delivery against contractual commitments and change control processes
