Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field.
• Proven ability to use AI coding assistants to rapidly develop and debug web applications.
• Foundational understanding of Python and web technologies (HTML/JS).
• At least 5 years in technical operations, revenue operations, automation engineering, or software engineering with internal tooling focus.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, LLM APIs, and integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Custom Web Apps & Internal Tooling: prototype and build lightweight web apps to bypass clunky UIs.
• AI & Systems Integration: integrate GTM tools, internal systems, and LLM APIs.
• Automation Development: build, deploy, and maintain automated workflows.
• Tool Innovation over Maintenance: own GTM tools end-to-end and drive AI-driven innovations.
• Data Quality and Reliability: monitor and fix data issues across systems.
• Technical Troubleshooting: resolve complex integration and workflow issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Sales, Marketing, Support to reduce friction.
