Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams of software and data engineers to design and deliver data platform features for internal users.
• Understand enterprise data requirements and ensure system compliance with enterprise patterns.
• Relentlessly push to understand user and stakeholder needs and reflect in prioritization.
• Create a vision and roadmap addressing stakeholder needs.
• Partner with analysts, data scientists, designers and engineers to refine the roadmap using experiments and launches.
• Build strong relationships with leaders relying on platform capabilities and performance.
• Define, socialize, and monitor KPIs to understand project evolution and success.
