Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial services, consulting, or a related analytical role.
• Demonstrable passion for and hands‑on fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, agentic platforms) and a track record — formal or self‑directed — of using them to solve real problems.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; working familiarity with Python, scripting, or low‑code/no‑code automation platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI & automation initiatives across CABO's operations, building scalable workflows and agents.
• Safeguard CABO's books and records with AI-assisted reconciliations and reporting.
• Support GP books, records & deferred schedules with automation.
• Contribute to five‑year projections and AI‑augmented modeling.
• Oversee T&E and fund expenses with AI‑driven classification and review tooling.
• Structure workstreams, track deliverables, and enhance communications with AI.
• Conduct market research and analytics using AI tools.
• Improve fund attribute data quality and automate data hygiene.
• Support strategic projects with an agile, AI-enabled approach.
