Vantor is building a unified operating system for engineering planning, execution, and continuous improvement. We seek an Engineering Operations Execution Lead to drive cross-domain initiatives and scale through AI-enabled project management.

You will run quarterly planning cadences, establish clear ownership, and deliver concise, trustworthy portfolio views for leadership decisions. You will define escalation paths, manage risks, and partner with Product Operations to align roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams or domains.
• Strong understanding of engineering planning, dependency and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-domain engineering initiatives from definition through delivery.
• Establish outcomes, ownership, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decision points.
• Run operating cadences focusing leaders on decisions and tradeoffs, not status updates.
• Scale execution with an agentic project-management model for lower-complexity initiatives.
• Determine which work requires human leadership and which can be managed by agents.
• Use agents to automate routine coordination, status synthesis, and risk identification.
• Define escalation paths with human-in-the-loop controls for ambiguity and decisions.
• Collaborate with the Agentic Engineering Lead to improve capabilities and integration.
• Monitor portfolio health, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Create concise portfolio views for leadership intervention when needed.
• Improve quality of execution data in engineering systems of record.
