Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Product Strategy & Operations Manager to design and implement a Jira operating model that standardizes planning, execution, and reporting across Product and Engineering at scale.

You will architect connected workflows across Jira, Asana, Confluence, and Google Workspace, build automations, and enable AI-enabled improvements to requirements, documentation, and decision-making while partnering with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Experience architecting and administering Jira at enterprise scale.
• Experience designing operating models, governance practices, or standardized workflows for large organizations.
• Strong understanding of the Product Management and Engineering lifecycle.
• Demonstrated change-management experience with training and adoption.
• Strong systems-thinking, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess current Jira usage across Product and Engineering.
• Architect and administer Jira at enterprise scale including workflows and dashboards.
• Define and implement a flexible future-state Jira operating model.
• Design connected solutions across Jira, Asana, Confluence, Google Workspace.
• Build automations to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
• Establish structures for initiatives, milestones, roadmaps, and reporting.
• Develop trusted reporting and dashboards for delivery health and risks.
• Lead change-management activities and drive adoption.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to continuously improve the operating model.
