Job summary

Ferrovial’s Digital Hub is seeking a Product Manager to lead end-to-end digital product development in an AI-enabled environment. You will own discovery, definition, delivery, and continuous improvement, balancing business vision with agile execution and AI-assisted tooling.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, guide AI-driven initiatives, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions while partnering with cross-functional teams across product, development, architecture, QA,

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role delivering digital products end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of software development and architecture concepts, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Experience translating business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and specifications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled solutions, including large language models, agents, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Understanding of, or willingness to learn, cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory requirements related to digital products.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize work, and drive decision-making.
• Lead product discovery and shaping activities, including requirements, prototypes, solution concepts, and delivery estimates.
• Guide and supervise AI-assisted development efforts, ensuring clear specifications and traceable requirements.
• Define acceptance criteria and validate delivered solutions against business needs.
• Ensure products are designed for scalability, maintainability, security, and compliance from the outset.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, development, architecture, QA, and AI-enabled delivery.
• Monitor product adoption, performance, and user experience, prioritizing improvements based on data and feedback.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product practices, tools, and AI-enabled ways of working.
