Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to pioneer AI tooling within Card analytics. You will architect how AI like Claude, Gemini, and our AI Platform are integrated into analysts' workflows, setting enterprise AI standards and disseminating breakthroughs across the department.

You will blend product vision with hands-on execution: define roadmaps for next-gen credit tools, gather deep user context, and partner with analysts to drive enterprise adoption while advancing predictive

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (or MBA with quantitative concentration) expected by start date.

Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges and opportunities and make strategic or tactical recommendations.
• Model/analytics to support new product and pricing strategies for lending products.
• Support marketing efforts and inform customer experiences using insights.
• Develop risk models and test hypotheses to improve credit performance.
• Lead implementation efforts and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and other teams to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability.
• Demonstrate quantitative decision-making and problem-solving grounded in analytics.
• Drive agenda in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Possess strong written and oral communication to influence stakeholders.
