DualEntry, an AI-native ERP for finance, is hiring a Founding Product Marketing Manager in New York. You will own go-to-market, messaging, and demand generation, collaborating with product and sales to shape the company's growth.

The role includes building campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta, testing ideas, expanding channels, and delivering performance insights to leadership. Eligible for significant equity, relocation support, and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Managed monthly spend between $50K-$250K with scalable budgets.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, managing budgets and CAC.
• Test 10+ new ad concepts weekly with designers to improve conversion.
• Stand up new channels (programmatic, podcasts, CTV) and expand spend.
• Own performance reporting from top-of-funnel to pipeline, with regular leadership readouts.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution.
• Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation to boost ROAS.
