Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in high-performing environments such as management consulting, venture capital/private equity, business development, or startup leadership positions.
• Proven success in taking ambiguous, complex initiatives and driving them to completion.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; you can synthesize complex information into clear briefs.
• Bonus: experience in high-growth startups, venture studios, or AI/tech companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation projects with clients.
• Lead fundraising efforts for funds or clients.
• Manage investment funds and CEOs at client organizations.
• Drive sales initiatives at Human Agency.
• Partner closely with recruiting to help grow our team.
• Serve as CEO of a venture studio company.
• Manage client project delivery.
• Drive value through data and analytics for clients.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives for clients.
• Own and solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems that don’t fit neatly into any department.
• Move between strategic work and hands-on execution without micromanagement.
• Deploy AI tools daily to amplify output.
