Campana & Schott is seeking a Managing Consultant in New York to own the build, sales, and client delivery on real projects. You will be expected to drive AI-powered change initiatives and engage senior clients in the life sciences space from day one.

The role is on the Associate VP track, tied to performance, with a path based on business results rather than a fixed calendar, and sits within the NY-based team offering collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of consulting experience with a record of selling work to clients.
• Familiarity with pharma or life sciences to engage credibly with a CCO.
• Experience building AI tools or AI-enabled change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the build, the sales, and the client delivery on real projects.
• Engage with pharma or life sciences clients at senior levels.
• Collaborate with NY-based Project, Program, and Portfolio Management teams.
