Job summary

Genpact LLC is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to analyze and translate business needs into functional requirements for P&C insurance processes.

You will lead workshops, map current and future workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders, underwriting, and product teams to ensure regulatory and operational alignment. Responsibilities include creating BRDs and FRs, supporting testing cycles, and guiding release readiness in a hybrid work environment based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Commerce, Economics, Finance, or MBA) preferred.
• 4+ years of business analysis or related experience in insurance or financial services.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Experience with requirement gathering, workshops and traceability matrices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state workflows for P&C insurance.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specs, user stories, use cases and process flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and engineering to design functional solutions.
• Support testing, UAT, and release readiness with traceability and validation.
