Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap with explicit trade-offs and cross-functional alignment.
• Ship a bundled Business Owner’s Policy product in a unified flow.
• Own go-to-market with Direct, Agent, and Partnership channels.
• Package and merchandise products for small business owners and agents.
• Build a great user experience to improve conversion and underwriting quality.
• Run product strategy planning and monthly progress updates with the executive team.
• Learn insurance concepts like coverages, filings, and loss ratios.
