Job summary

BCforward is seeking an AI + SQE Automation Engineer to accelerate test design and optimize regression suites. You will implement AI-assisted test generation and validation across UI, API, and integration tests, working within CI/CD pipelines.

Strong emphasis on AI tools and human-in-the-loop validation is required. The contractor will analyze requirements, build reusable automation assets, and improve quality reporting across the SDLC while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Jersey

Qualifications

• Experience in quality engineering across UI/API/ integration testing.
• Ability to design and maintain automation frameworks.
• Experience using AI-assisted testing tools and AI-enabled test strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies from requirements, users stories, APIs, and specs.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation for UI, API, and end-to-end tests.
• Leverage AI to generate test cases, data, and scripts with human review.
• Analyze telemetry and logs to identify quality risks and gaps.
