Job summary

DACUT Cannabis seeks an experienced AI Data & Analytics Engineer to build intelligent reporting, automation, and forecasting solutions across our vertically integrated cannabis organization. This role combines AI-powered analytics, SQL, Power BI, and data engineering to transform financial and operational data into scalable dashboards and predictive models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or related role.
• Advanced SQL skills and complex data transformations.
• Advanced Power BI dashboards, semantic models, DAX calculations.
• Experience applying AI/ML to real business problems.
• Understanding of financial statements, forecasting, profitability, and operational finance.
• Experience integrating data from multiple systems.
• Ability to translate complex technical findings for executives.
• Onsite work at the West Bloomfield corporate office.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered forecasting, reporting, and automation tools.
• Build ML models for revenue forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization.
• Automate recurring financial/operational/executive reporting.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows using LLMs, APIs, and automation platforms.
• Create scalable data models and Power BI dashboards for multiple levels.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and secure analytics.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to validate data and standards.
