Job summary

Symbotic is seeking an AI Analytics Engineer to design and build an intelligent analytics ecosystem that aggregates operations data across multiple systems and leverages AI to generate insights, dashboards, and proactive recommendations for executive leadership.

The role focuses on hands-on development of robust production-level data systems and dashboards, enabling scalable, real-time visibility into business performance as Symbotic grows globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field and strong analytics background.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools to build dashboards.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to analytics, reporting, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and build an analytics ecosystem aggregating operations data across systems.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and proactive insights for leadership.
• Apply agentic AI to automate data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Partner with data engineering to understand schemas and data requirements.
• Ensure data governance and data quality in analytics outputs.
