Mariner is seeking an innovative Agentforce and AI Developer to lead the design and implementation of AI-powered automation within our Salesforce Financial Services Cloud ecosystem. You will architect and deploy Agentforce agents, autonomous workflows, and AI-enhanced advisor tools that elevate efficiency, personalization, and intelligence across our advisor platform.

2+ years Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
Experience with Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or similar conversational AI in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and deploy Agentforce agents to automate advisor workflows and client service activities.
Develop and optimize agent topics, actions, and instructions with prompt engineering for financial services scenarios.
Integrate Agentforce with MuleSoft APIs and external data feeds to extend capabilities.
Collaborate with FSC Architects to align with CRM data models, security, and best practices.
Implement Einstein features to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for advisors.
Test agent behavior, handle edge cases, and uphold compliance.
Monitor performance and refine workflows based on advisor feedback and Salesforce AI developments.
Stay updated on Salesforce AI roadmap and implement new Agentforce features.
