Popular in San Juan, PR is seeking an AI Product Owner for the Power Platform to define and drive strategy, governance, and adoption across the Bank’s low-code ecosystem. You will partner with business and technology teams, manage the platform roadmap and KPIs, and lead citizen development and AI-enabled initiatives including Copilot Studio.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in information technology, information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field, plus 3+ years in product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field required.
• Master's degree in technology, information systems, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in product ownership, digital workplace technologies, or related disciplines.
• Two or more years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

Responsabilités

• Define, maintain, and execute the vision and roadmap for the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Translate priorities into actionable platform initiatives and governance requirements.
• Establish intake, demand management, evaluation and prioritization processes.
• Define KPIs and value realization measures for platform investments.
• Facilitate roadmap reviews and stakeholder meetings.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and platform teams.
