Job summary

Cintra is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support data governance, AI governance, and a QMS platform. The role focuses on bridging business needs with technology, deploying digital solutions via the Microsoft Power Platform, AI tools, and data integration techniques.

You will drive process improvement projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with concession and IT teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science or related field.
• 1+ years in business analysis, project management, or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support data governance standards, data integration, and reporting.
• Assist master data management to create a single source of truth.
• Maintain the QMS platform with SOPs, KPIs, and improvement projects.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma techniques.
• Build and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
