Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science or related field.
• 1+ years’ experience in business analysis or project management.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and AI governance.
• Working knowledge of SQL/Python/JSON/HTML preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support data governance, reporting, and AI governance initiatives.
• Build and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Assist in process improvement using Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Ensure security, scalability, and operational continuity with IT teams.
