Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an experienced program leader to own and optimize the AI governance dashboard and portfolio review cadence. You will define KPIs with bet teams, automate data feeds, and produce investor-recognizable reports for executives.

Your role includes tracking value realization, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving governance standards across AI bets. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in program management, hands-on dashboard building (Power BI, SharePoint, Jira),

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in program management, PMO, or transformation roles in a large organization.
• Direct experience leading technology, digital, or AI-driven transformation programs from plan through delivery.
• Experience tracking value realization with Finance; defending or pushing back on reported value.
• Hands-on experience running an operating cadence for a multi-workstream portfolio.
• Experience applying governance criteria across multiple programs and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the AI Governance Dashboard with defined KPIs and automated data feeds from bet teams.
• Hold bet teams to consistent reporting standards and close gaps across tracking methods.
• Own the weekly portfolio activity report with DRIs and milestone cadence.
• Apply stage-gate governance across all AI bets and improve where needed.
• Own the AI Portfolio review calendar and produce materials for CEO, Board, and ELT.
• Track value realization with Finance and reconcile reported vs validated value.
• Monitor adoption and changes in working practices to measure outcomes, not just delivery milestones.
• Manage cross-bet dependencies, escalate blockers with a clear fact base and recommendations.
• Flag at-risk bets early and develop path-to-green recovery plans with owners.
• Coordinate program leads and may lead a small team of program analysts.
